Superintendent/Elementary Principal Opening

Cheylin USD 103 is seeking a Superintendent/Elementary Principal to lead our district beginning July 1, 2027. 
 

We are looking for an educational leader who values small schools, strong relationships, community involvement, and putting students first.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Kansas administrative licensure or the ability to obtain appropriate licensure
  • Successful experience in school administration and/or educational leadership
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to small-school education and community involvement
